YR500 rapier loom
is a new generation product that has been designed in a computer-assisted
way and adopted numerically controlled and machine tool based
precision processing techniques.It has a compact structure with
a comprehensive range of functions,allowing easy operation as
well.In addition,the looms weight is distributed evenly,thus

As for its gearing system,the master engine of the loom drives
the electromagnetic clutch through a single V belt thus to drive the
reed and rapier for running.Meanwhile,a microprocessor tests the running
conditions of the loom,and controls the operations and braking of
the clutch.
ERGONOMICAL CONSIDERATIONS
The loom adopts the designing principle in line with ergonomical considerations,which
has facilitated the operators’ operations.All the functions of the
loom are controlled by buttons,displayed by the LCD. Indicator lights
display any breakage of warp and weft as well as other faults.All
these facilitate the operations and maintenance work of the loom.In
addition,uninterrupted airflow is to get rid of the fiber fly,and
foreign substances attached onto the rapier,and thus secure the quality
of textile fabrics.
WEFT
INSERTION DEVICE
The rapier is driven by space connecting rod and moves in a
balanced way , thus to ensure that no sudden change arises in
terms of the weft tension , and also guarantee the reliable
connection and taking over , which facilitates greatly the adjustments
of fabric width.

LET-OFF
DEVICE
A comparatively independent let-off mode is employed , and is
driven directly by an independent engine . The let-off operation
is controlled electronically , thus to ensure the constant of
warp tension . It is allowed to increase or decrease the warp
tension by means of pressing a button that facilitates operators
to handle the warps.

ELECTRONIC
COLOR SELECTION DEVICE
YR500 rapier loom is normally equipped with a 6-color weft selection
unit, which is controlled by the key board programming system
; and allows easy and convenient change of colors.

AUTOMATIC
STOP DEVICE
1、 In case any warp ends down or gets too loose , the contact
type broken warp automatic stop device will make the loom stop
at a certain main beam angle automatically , reducing the number
of weaving foibles caused by the braking of the loom , and facilitating
the operators? Handling of warps .
2、 The supplied piezoelectric ceramic sensor can correctly test
the full course of weft selection and that of weft insertion.
